This policy explains how Shanghai Openstone Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "Openstone") processes your personal information when you visit www.openstone.cn (the "Site"). We comply with the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and applicable laws.
What we collect
- Information you submit: when you use the contact form we collect the name, company, phone number, email address and message you provide.
- Server logs: for security and reliability we log request paths, timestamps and IP addresses (hashed for rate limiting and abuse prevention).
- Local preferences: the Site has no user accounts; language and theme preferences are stored in your browser's local storage / cookies and are never sent back to us.
- Anonymous analytics: we use a self-hosted analytics tool (clicks.openstone.cn) to count page views. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange business or technical conversations;
- To keep the Site safe and stable (rate limiting, abuse prevention);
- As otherwise required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention and security
- Enquiry records are kept in our CRM for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised;
- We protect your information with access controls and encryption in transit; only authorised staff can access it, and only as required for their work.
Processors and third parties
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification; hosting and email infrastructure providers process data only as necessary. We do not provide your personal information to other third parties except as required by law.
Your rights
You may contact us at info@openstone.cn at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or to withdraw consent. We will act within 15 working days after verifying your identity.
Job applications
The Site does not offer online resume submission yet. If you email us a resume, it is used solely for recruitment assessment; resumes of unsuccessful applicants are deleted within 6 months after the process ends, unless you agree otherwise.
Changes
We may update this policy; the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. We will highlight material changes.
